The registered office is not a returns address. Products must not be returned until we have provided return authorisation and instructions.
ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order.
You must not use our products or website for unlawful or unauthorised purposes or attempt to interfere with the website’s security, operation or availability.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, prices, specifications and availability information are accurate.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Colours, packaging, fittings and container appearance may vary slightly without affecting the product’s intended function.
Customers are responsible for checking that the selected product, dimensions, container capacity and tap option are suitable for their sink, premises and intended use before ordering.
Some listings include a complete sink unit, while others include only the no-plumbing kit. The contents and exclusions will be stated on the relevant product page.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
Shipping costs are added at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed before an order is processed. Payments are securely handled by Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-information errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer before processing it.
ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
After placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation. This confirms that we have received the order but does not guarantee acceptance.
An order is accepted once it has been processed for dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
• A product is unavailable
• Payment cannot be authorised
• Incorrect pricing or product information was displayed
• Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected
• We cannot deliver to the address provided
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
UK standard shipping costs £14 per order.
Estimated UK delivery is 2–5 working days. Working days do not include weekends or UK bank holidays.
International shipping costs between £20 and £30, depending on the delivery region. The correct shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, customs processing and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If an order includes a sink unit and a no-plumbing kit, these items will be shipped separately and may arrive on different days. Separate tracking information may be provided.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with the electrical, installation and product requirements of their destination country.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling charges. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
INSTALLATION AND PRODUCT USE
Setup instructions will be posted with the order.
Customers must read and follow all instructions before installing or using a FlexiRinse Solutions product.
The tap and water pump must not be switched on until the system has been correctly installed, connected and supplied with water. Switching on electrical components before completing the setup may cause damage.
Customers are responsible for:
• Using a suitable sink and electrical supply
• Ensuring connections are secure before use
• Checking for leaks during setup
• Emptying and cleaning the containers as required
• Using the system safely and hygienically
• Following applicable electrical, hygiene and installation requirements
Installation should be completed by a competent person. Professional assistance should be obtained where required.
We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unsuitable electrical connections, unauthorised modifications or failure to follow the supplied instructions. Nothing in this section limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving an online order if they wish to exercise their right to cancel.
After notifying us, the product must be returned within 14 days.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for change-of-mind return shipping. Returned products must be unused, uninstalled and supplied with all components.
Products that have been installed, connected to water or used may not qualify for a change-of-mind return. This does not affect the customer’s rights where a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Returns must be authorised before being sent.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If a product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact:

Customers must keep the product and all packaging while the issue is reviewed.
Depending on the circumstances, we may provide troubleshooting assistance, a replacement component, repair, replacement product or refund.
Nothing in these terms limits a customer’s statutory rights regarding goods that are faulty, unsafe, damaged or not as described.
WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.
We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website without notice where reasonably necessary.

These Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Legal Notice, form the agreement between the customer and FlexiRinse Solutions Ltd.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Customers may also have mandatory legal rights in the country where they live. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
