FlexiRinse Return Policy

Your right to return
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at flexirinsesolutions@gmail.com with your order number, then send the item back within 14 days.

Used or damaged items
All returns are inspected. Sinks that have been used or damaged and can't be resold will not receive a full refund where the damage was caused by the buyer.

Damaged in delivery
If your item was damaged by the delivery company, we need photos of the damaged box from the original delivery. Email them to flexirinsesolutions@gmail.com, or print them and put them inside the returned parcel.

Packaging your return
Please pack sinks carefully so they aren't damaged on the way back. Use plenty of bubble wrap, especially for wooden sink units.

How to send it
Send it by tracked Parcelforce and keep your tracking number. Put a note with your order number inside the box. Return postage is paid by the buyer.

Refunds
Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and update you. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days.
