UK Shipping
UK standard shipping costs £14 per order.
Estimated delivery is 2–5 working days. Working days do not include weekends or UK bank holidays.
International Shipping
International shipping costs between £20 and £30, depending on the delivery region. The correct shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.
International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier and customs processing.
Sink Unit Deliveries
If your order includes a sink unit and a no-plumbing kit, these items will be shipped separately and may arrive on different days.
You may receive separate tracking information for each parcel. Please do not be concerned if one part of your order arrives before the other.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available. Customers are responsible for monitoring their delivery and ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, customs processing and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed after the order has been processed or dispatched. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be sent again.

Damaged Deliveries
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of:

• The delivery label
• The damaged product
Please keep all packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as the courier may require it as evidence.
